Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

"Business days" include Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been packed and handed off to our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with your tracking number.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: Once processed, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
⚠️ Please Note: Shipping transit times are estimates provided by our carriers. Delivery can occasionally take longer than the standard window due to high-volume seasonal holidays (such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), customs clearance delays, or extreme weather conditions. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods!
Order Tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, we will send a tracking link directly to your email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information after your label is created.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout! Noizsy is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us for this reason, additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship your items.
